2- Shipping working days are from Sunday to Thursday. It’s subject to Mountains Beans to deliver during the weekend by its own time once coordinated with Customers.
3- Customer must write and provide a clear correct address, any mistakes or wrong spelling may cause delay in delivering the product to customers. The estimated delivery time is only estimate and we work hard to deliver purchased products as soon as possible.
4- Mountains Beans has the right to change the selected shipping type or company anytime without getting back to the customer. Company may deliver order in person if the customer is within khobar/Dhahran area upon coordination.
5- When shipped product arrives to the customer damaged , customer shall notify Mountains Beans immediately.
6- The shipping company may ask the customer (recipient ) to pick the order from the closest shipping company branch location or coordinate with them. For coordination with the shipping companies
